Positive Reviews
positive:
Terrific central location
This was perhaps what guests most often brought up when singing the hotel's praises. They loved that it was located so centrally in what is, after all, a massive and sprawling city. They liked the fact that the city's main attractions and amenities where so near at hand, with the proximity of the art galleries in particular being mentioned a few times.
positive:
Exceptionally attentive and professional staff
Guests here were clearly very impressed with the hotel's staff. It wasn't merely that they were friendly and pleasant, which they were, but that they displayed great attention to detail and the sort of professionalism that is typical of service staff at top end luxury hotels.
positive:
Incredible gym
While guests liked the hotel's facilities in general, including the spa, it was actually the gym that was most often mentioned. Guests found it to be very large and comprehensive, rather than a typical hotel gym with one or two machines and not much else. Guests felt that they could really get in a full and proper workout, just like at their gym back home.
