The hotel has restaurants that serve breakfast and a gym onsite. It's also nice to have a spa so handy and the event and meeting space can service many guests. There is a valet service and parking is secure.

The hotel is located close to Chapultepec Park and many rooms overlook this gorgeous site. Other amazing views are of the castle. A short distance in any direction will bring you to your choice of attraction, entertainment, or restaurant. There is also public transportation located nearby.

The rooms are quite spacious and the suites have large living areas with sofas, several chairs, and large work desks. The bathrooms are modernised with both showers and tubs and the hotel even gives complimentary bottled water.

This hotel is actually kind of expensive for the rooms and service that you receive. The rates are higher than nearby competitors and don't offer luxury accommodations. The rates in the spa are also expensive. You'll have to use a taxi for most things and this can also be expensive if using at the hotel.

The building itself is a bit dated and old and only provides basic amenities and services. There isn't a swimming pool and breakfast only offers basic choices. The common area is really small and the bar doesn't give much room either.

The customer service here isn't the best. There are many problems with billing and booking and these issues can become frustrating because not every representative speaks fluent English. Friendly customer service isn't high on the list of necessities.
