There is an outdoor pool, children’s pool, sauna and fitness facilities available. Onsite parking and Wi-Fi are complimentary. Currency exchange, 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning, laundry, tour desk and fax are some of the other services that can be availed by the guests. Complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily.     Clean hotel in an ideal location

    Guests were very impressed by the high levels of cleanliness around the entire hotel. Rooms are slightly small but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and the towels are changed every day and sheet every second day. The hotel is located right on the beach and Nissi Beach is ten minutes' walk away. Water sports on the beach are affordable. The sideways on the beach are perfect for the disabled as the sideways allow them to get easy access to the sunbeds. Many shops and bars are close by.

    Breakfast and evening meals are buffet style and have a wide choice of menu right from local to international dishes. Lunchtime menu has better options to pick from. Desserts and special ice creams are a must try as per some guests. The pool bar serves exotic refreshing drinks and snacks.

    Most of the guests enjoyed the evening entertainment program that included acts, quizzes, game cash bingo, cabaret and much more. The live performance of the singers and comedians was much appreciated by the guests.

    Non-existent Wi-Fi

    Many guests were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi connection was erratic and kept disconnecting time and again. Guests who were relying on the Internet for info on the local places were lost.

    Some of the guests felt that having to wear a formal trouser every time they went for dinner defeated the purpose of coming for a holiday.

    Most of the guests were very disappointed to know that they had to make extra payments for using the fridge and safety deposit box. They felt that these should have been inclusive.
