Subretia is a project that was created in the land of the wine, in Montefalco in the Tenuta Rocca di Fabbri. The owners have been passionately engaged with producing high-quality wine and enhancing the region for years. They have accepted the challenge of bringing the culture of wine face to face with the culture of hospitableness in order to create a new concept for accommodation. This concept, which Subretia promotes, does not only entail the intent of upgrading the image of the Montefalco region but also the attempt of letting the environment, tourism and viniculture interact with each other. The complex comprises 18 fully renovated apartments decorated with frescoes. The entrance, only a few meters from the wine vault, provides a wonderful view onto the hills, and the mountains of Trevi in the distance frame the spacious garden. Subretia is a trip on the trip. The picturesque inspirations in the apartments allow for reliving each trip in our memory in symbolical form while giving time a magical dimension. The apartments - standard (25 to 40 m²) and Superior (41 to 60 m²) - provide a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, satellite TV, telephone.
