Positive Reviews
positive:
Large dining area.
Guests wishing to stay in and cook for themselves, will find the fully equipped kitchen is paired nicely with a large dining room. The space gives family’s traveling together, an area to delight in each other’s company while enjoying their meal.
positive:
Adequate Wi-Fi is free.
The complimentary Wi-Fi is suitable to many holiday-goers, with a speed adequate for streaming, barring a few glitches here and there. Guests have the option of paying for a faster connection, if they find the free option isn’t satisfactory.
positive:
Complimentary toiletries of quality.
Guests are treated to a selection of complimentary toiletries. l’Occitane products are supplied in each bathroom, adding a little personal touch to make one’s stay even better.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Supplied laundry facilities have complex instructions.
Unless one is supremely skilled at understanding badly translated instructions, figuring out how to manage the supplied washing machine could cause a bit of distress.
negative:
Late check-in only.
Guests arriving in town late in the day will find the late check-in to be of great convenience. Unfortunately, those arriving in the morning will have to keep themselves entertained until the late afternoon check-in.
negative:
Thin walls, and loud neighbours.
Unfortunately, the walls are not as thick as one would prefer, and overly loud neighbours can be heard in their apartments. The reception is available for complaints, and a quick call will sort out any noise problems.
