positive:
Comfort and style
Guest feedback about the studios and suites at Roomzzz Chester City is typically positive. A very small number of guests thought the selection of amenities was rather limited but most were perfectly satisfied, as well as being thrilled by how comfortable and stylish the accommodation is.
positive:
Good service and facilities
Reviews suggest that guests are happy with the selection of facilities at this hotel. It's certainly unusual for an aparthotel to offer a free breakfast and a selection of sundries for sale. The parking is handy if you secure a spot. Plus, guests rate the welcome and service from staff highly.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited parking
Parking is without a doubt the most frequently reported issue at this hotel. The on-site spaces not only cost extra but are also allocated on a first come/first served basis. Many guests were left with no choice but to find alternative parking, which wasn't always as easy as it sounds.
negative:
Smokers gather outside
A number of guests comment that smokers gather outside the entrance to the building and also below the window of a room on the ground floor. The smell of smoke drifting into the reception and the sound of talking beneath the window annoyed some guests.
negative:
Occasional reports of traffic noise
Guests very occasionally mention being able to hear some traffic noise through the night, though such comments are so few and far between that you have to wonder whether these guests were particularly light sleepers.
