The Apartments are located at the Complex Apartamentos Ferrera Pins ,located right in the centre of Cala Ferrera, just a short walk from the white sandy beach (Cala Ferrera) and very near to the commercial centre of Cala D´or and its harbour. The Ferrara Pins Apartments have one bedroom self catering apartment with a maximum capacity of four people, surrounded by gardens, palms and pine trees. Leisure facilities available includes one communal pool with separate children´s section, sun terrace and a wide green area with trees where one can lay out with the sunbeds. The apartments have a size of 50m2 approx. and are equipped with either air conditioned or central heating, satellite tv, wifi access and safety box available. Combined lounge-dining room with sofa beds, 1 bedroom, fully equipped open plan kitchenette, bathroom and a wide sun terrace. Towels will be changed every 3 days, a cleaning + bedlinen change is included for reservations longer than 7 nights and final clean is included Note regarding the rates: prices for 2 guests, extra guests will have an extra charge in some periods.
