Rooms are pleasant and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The size is decent, the bed is large, the bathroom is pleasing, the shower has good pressure, there is an in-room safe as well.

The staff are good at their job and will do little extras for you. For example, in the restaurant if you let them know you have specific dietary needs, they will be more than happy to accommodate you.

The hotel is great for a stop over if you are on a business trip or going to a friend's wedding or any special occasion.

Cocktails taste like sugared fizz and pastries were not freshly made. Some of the foodstuffs appeared to be pre-frozen and not properly thawed. The variety of sandwiches is limited with only a few types to choose from.

It seems the personnel aren't good at handling complaints. You could find yourself feeling ignored as they take their time to get down to the issue, which seems contradictory since the staff are quite friendly.

Though the hotel is decent enough, the carpets need extra cleaning. Don't look up as you might spot a few cobwebs on the ceiling. It seems that a more thorough cleaning is in order.
