About 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi from there.By car: Exit the Kyushu Expressway at Mashiki-Kumamotokuko IC and continue along the Prefectural Route 28 (via Minamiaso and Tawarayama) for about 40 minutes (30 km). Then take National Route 325 for about 40 minutes (30 km) towards Minamiaso.
