About Port Charlotte Youth Hostel

Housed in a former distillery warehouse, spacious and friendly Port Charlotte Youth Hostel boasts wonderful sea views and is an ideal place to relax, unwind and explore the Isle of Islay.Beautiful white sandy beaches, towering cliffs, an RSPB Nature Reserve, the Museum of Island Life and eight whisky distilleries will keep you entertained, as well as numerous restaurants and eateries. Port Charlotte is perfect for families, outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts alike. The youth hostelsits in the village of Port Charlotte, right beside a safe sandy beach on the shore of Loch Indaal. Multi-share rooms are available, but the youth hostel is also family friendly and provides private rooms. Facilities include a spacious and well-equipped self-catering kitchen overlooking the bay anda roomy lounge with TV and comfy furniture.
