Mantra on View boasts a wonderful location in the heart of Surfers Paradise, within walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment. Nearby Orchid Avenue is perfect for nightlife and Cavill Avenue is ideal for shopping. In addition, the hotel is close to the beach and several theme parks, including Sea World.

The staff at Mantra on View is courteous, friendly and helpful. The concierge, especially, is personable and knowledgeable. Guests who ordered room service were impressed with the quick delivery.

Fascinating Facilities
Don't miss out on visiting one of the four outdoor pools - most guests enjoyed the pool areas very much. If you're into tennis, the courts are worth a visit too.

Breakfast
Though most guests found the breakfast buffet delicious, with a good variety of selections to choose from, others thought the offerings were quite average. In addition, several guests complained that the food served during breakfast, as well as in the restaurants, was too cold.

Though some renovations have been recently completed and others are still underway, guests still found the majority of accommodations in need of an update. Cosmetic touch ups in some facilities, like pool and spa, would help refresh the overall image. Various equipment, including the TV and air conditioner, was found out of order in select rooms. In addition, a few guests were disappointed in the poor TV reception overall.
