Children are kept busy and constantly entertained with the kids clubs and the staff who run the clubs have been praised by parents. There is also a babysitting service offered where staff will come to your room and stay there when you go out for the evening.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure that you have a pleasurable stay. There are impressive little touches such as wishing, and singing, happy birthday to guests and also impressive was giving a guest a complimentary bottle of wine due after a mistake has been made. The hotel has some great facilities which have been enjoyed, especially the spa and the gym. The resort’s golf courses are top class and you can hire bikes at the hotel to ride around the resort.
Although the quality of the food is really good, there isn’t enough choice and there are no alternatives on the bar menu. It has been reported that there aren’t any vegetarian options either and the menu doesn’t represent good value for money.
