Negative Reviews
negative:
Some staffs can be inconsiderate at times
Many of the hotels negative reviews are due to the miscommunication that transpires between the staff at the desk reception and the guests. Instead of being welcoming and friendly, the receptionists seem to be unsympathetic. However, this doesn't happen all the time.
negative:
Slow and unreliable Internet connection
Wi-Fi connection in the lobby and in all public areas is slow. When you opt to pay for Internet connection in the room, you might be disappointed for having the same unreliable connection.
negative:
Near-transparent curtains
The curtains in the rooms do not fully block the floodlights on the front side of the hotel. The room might be in a constant state of twilight all night long. However, you can request for much thicker drapes, or ask the staff to move you into a room where the curtains and the lights are not an issue.
