Delighted guests report how happy they were to discover this nice of a hotel so close to the airport. No need to take a taxi as it is only a stone's throw away. Although it is close to the airport, the modern and comfortable rooms provide excellent soundproofing and guests are not disturbed by outside noise. Guests report the beds were firm and the pillows fluffy. The in-room safe was a convenience with guests reporting they had a memorable getaway and will return on their next journey to Mumbai.

Guests offer high praise for the drink and dining options offered at Waterstones, noting that their only problems was trying to choose between the the four different restaurants, three chic bars or the choice of dining in their suite from the extensive 24-hour room service selections. The Moon Girl Restaurant, featuring gourmet Pan-Asian delicacies is a big favourite of locals and guests alike. The On-The-Rocks Bar offers spectacular views of the city skyline complimented by signature cocktails. With so many fine choices, there is something to please every palate.

Commenting on how nice and modern they found the fitness centre, spa, tennis courts, and infinity pool, guests have high praise for the exercise and wellness amenities offred by the hotel.

Guests comment on the abrupt attitude of the reception desk personnel, stating that quests requests were dismissed or ignored and during busy times the staff was overworked and the check-in process was long and tedioius.

Guests have complained that the free Wi-Fi frequently is out of service and that to go onlilne one must pay for an Internet connecting, noting that this was inconvenient as a signal is not available in all public areas of the complex.
