Hotel Serenusa Resort (Licata, Italy)

Serenusa Village is a vast complex packed with fun activities, entertainment and leisure facilities on a natural terrace overlooking the sea. Much of the action, including sporting activities, takes place on the accommodation’s own private beach, which also hosts a bar and seasonal restaurant. The 490 rooms are all air-conditioned and feature refrigerators, safes, and 32-inch flat-screen televisions. Interconnecting rooms are available for five to six people. Guests have a choice of two freshwater pools, a large one with slides and hydro-massages, and a second dedicated to swimming. Serenusa Village also incorporates four tennis courts, a football pitch and gym. Regular entertainment, including shows, dance and live music, is staged daily. As well as the Il Gusto beach restaurant, guests can tuck into buffet food in the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a mother and baby kitchen. The hotel is around nine kilometres from Licata and a 45-minute drive from the Valley of the Temples.
