Each individually decorated unit also boasts complimentary Wi-Fi and access to a private pool. Guests can let off some steam at the on-site fitness center, or make use of the free grocery service. On-site parking is free of charge, and activities such as tennis and windsurfing are close by. There is a grilling area for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking, or enjoy local cuisine at the on-site restaurant. Of course most guests had come to visit the great Gulf Cost beaches, and were very happy to find themselves right on a long and beautiful stretch of pristine white beach stretching almost as far as the eye could see.
Guests mentioned that the complex has a very active security contingent that keeps a close eye on activities around the complex. This gave many peace of mind, since they believed it would be unlikely that an intruder would risk being on a property were such security was on the lookout.
Guests found that it wasn’t only the beach that was nearby. Those who were not self catering appreciated the convenience of having a good selection of great restaurants well within walking distance.
Guests mentioned that others need to be careful about looking for extra charges billed by the realty company. Some were very unhappy that they had billed them for all sorts of things not agreed to and advised others to check their credit card statements carefully.
A number of guests pointed out that the whole complex has only one elevator. Considering the size of the building, they felt this was not enough and that it resulted in waits that were too long. Some preferred to simply take the stairs than wait for the elevator.
Some guests mentioned that, while the beach was great to walk on, the sea was often full of seaweed and jellyfish, making actually swimming there a less than inviting prospect.
