Hotel Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington (Bloomington, USA)

Going by the reviews, guests were very pleased with the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. They mentioned that it had a good variety to choose from, including a number of hot foods like eggs and bacon.

Guests were clearly very impressed with the job housekeeping were doing. They reported that their rooms were very clean on check in and that they tended to stay in great shape for the duration of their stay.

One of the first things guests mentioned in their reviews was that the hotel’s staff were wonderful. Guest after guest mentioned that they were both friendly and also very helpful when guests came to them with a question or concern.

Guests travelling as late as July 2016 mentioned that there is an ongoing program of renovating the rooms. Some of those in rooms that had not yet been renovated reported finding odd maintenance issues that disrupted their stay, like leaking ceilings or similar issues.

The hotel is right up against a busy highway, and it was mentioned that the sound of vehicles speeding along it could easily be heard in the rooms facing that way. Light sleepers are advised to request a room facing the other way and/or bring earplugs.

A number of guests mentioned that certain items of furniture in their rooms were uncomfortable. The actual items varied from guest to guest, but included the bed and sofa.
