Guests appreciated the modernly-designed rooms which were also huge and had a great interior design. The well-maintained bedrooms and bathrooms had wash basins and separate shower area which was more comfortable. Free toiletries were also provided so guests were able to enjoy their stay.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Impractical spot- quite far to Porto's attractions
Most guests had issues with the exact distance of the hotel from all major establishments within the area. Guests had to do some serious walking if they want to reach the Sao Bento station and other parts of Porto most especially the historical centres. They had to take the trains which were cost effective compared to taxi or cabs.
negative:
Absence of in-room tea and coffee equipment
The lack of an available tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms was quite disappointing. As a result, guests were not able to have some cup of coffee or tea inside the rooms at anytime of the day.
negative:
Paper-thin wall structure
Guests can hear loud noises coming from the adjacent rooms due to thin wall structure. Noises such as snoring, loud television shows, slamming of doors, and screaming from children were very disturbing.
