Modern and well-equipped rooms.
Guests complimented the decor of their rooms describing it as modern and stylish with quality fixtures and furniture. Many appreciated having a fully-equipped kitchenette complete with utensils and cutlery which made it very easy and convenient for the guests to prepare their own meals. The bathrooms were also described as spacious and modern with up-to-date fixtures and fittings. .

The hotel is a short walk away from many of the local attractions including museums, parks and cinemas. Guests were pleased to find plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which meant that they did not have to drive or worry about getting public transport. .

Many of the guests said that they felt welcome and well looked after during their stay. The complimentary breakfast was described as being tasty with plenty of items to choose from whilst guests also appreciated the complimentary happy-hour which included a wide range of beverages and light snacks.

Cleanliness issues.
Various cleanliness issues were brought up by disappointed guests ranging from stains on the carpets and the upholstery through to unclean bedding. Guests also mentioned that they saw dust on the surfaces as well as cobwebs meaning that housekeeping staff were not thorough enough when servicing the rooms. .

Some rooms noisier than others.
Guests whose rooms were facing the street objected to the level of traffic noise which they said often lasted until the early hours and prevented many from getting a good night's sleep. .

Rooms can feel stuffy.
The heating system is centrally controlled and guests who found their rooms to be too warm and stuffy were disappointed to learn that they couldn't adjust the temperature themselves as it is done by the hotel maintenance staff. .
