This hotel doesn't feature a lift which isn't ideal. Some of the hotel's rooms are located on the sixth floor and guests find it a challenge negotiating the small spiral staircase to reach their accommodation. Guests report that the road outside can get very noisy at times. Since the rooms don't feature air-conditioning, it means guests have to open their windows to keep cool but in turn this increases the noise disturbance.
