The staff and housekeepers at the hotel are outstanding. They do things naturally that are often overlooked at even four or five-star hotels. For example, your room is refreshed with toiletries, towels, and anything else you need each day. You could receive a courtesy call from management to ask if everything is fine with your room. It's those little things that make a hotel worth returning to.

There are plenty of pools and hot tubs to choose from. What's more, they are clean and well maintained. Not only that, the grounds are extremely nice as well. You will enjoy sitting out under huge umbrellas, courtesy of the hotel, amazed by the beautiful view in front of you.

The resort is nearby a good choice of restaurants; however, there is only one on the premises.

Unfortunately, it's the Wi-Fi scenario. Poor connection or no connection. It's seems to always be an issue in hotels.

The kitchenette is quite small and poorly stocked. The décor in the rooms seem a bit old and needs updating. Don't be surprised if you see little critters like roaches roaming around the room.

Parking could be a tricky situation if you are in the suite building of the facility. Depending on the activities the hotel is having for that day, you could unexpectedly be asked to move your vehicle to make room for other visitors. This can be insulting if you have been there for a number of days and you are asked to move for an event that's only taking place for one day. Who gets priority? Long paying visitors, or those visiting for one day?.
