This is a beautiful mountain locale for skiers with its ski in/ski out convenience and a handy ski/snowboard equipment rental with heated locker rooms on-site. Perfectly situated right on a year-round gondola stop (which is free in the summer) on the base of Breckinridge's Peak 7 - just strides away from Independence SuperChair lift. Clean and cozy with hot tubs and fireplaces for warming up. Shares a few amenities with nearby One Ski Hill Place.
Plenty of room with decent amenities, lovely steam showers and well-supplied kitchens. Call for groceries to be delivered or go grab a few yourself if you like to cook meals in your room - it's very handy to save a buck and get back on the slopes in a jiffy!

There's no air conditioning, which can be bothersome in the summer - you can open windows, but some don't prefer that. Thermostats in some rooms operate quite poorly and are in dire need of updating. You can't tell what the current temperature is and thus end up setting it for overly cold or hot temperatures to occur in a few hours. Not optimal.
There's no daily maid service included and some may feel that the prices are too high for the quality of furnishings, amenities and overall service. Look into the less popular booking times for the best values.
Everything fun seems to be in the main lodge next door, like the swimming pool, which isn't very convenient for those staying in this lodge.
