Negative Reviews
negative:
No lift in this hotel
This hotel is a two-storey building that does not include a lift. This posed a problem for some guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage who were under the impression that there was in fact a lift. It was particularly problematic during busy times when the hotel was unable to arrange accommodation on the ground floor for guests who required it.
negative:
Disappointing breakfast
Some guests were disappointed with the overall quality of the complimentary breakfast. The range of items on offer was deemed to be insufficient with a lack of fruit and very few hot options available apart from waffles and items that required heating in a microwave.
negative:
Smell of cigarettes
A few comments mention the smell of cigarettes in hallways and rooms. There is a no-smoking policy in this hotel but it seems that some guests choose to smoke anyway.
