Some initial problems for disabled travellers at the hotel.
Access to the hotel reception can be slightly problematic for disabled and elderly guests requiring wheelchair assistance. The reception desk is access via a flight of stairs but fortunately a lift to all floors is accessible from this point.

While each room offers air conditioning this is not actually active in rooms. A bizarre situation involves the approval from either the owners or manager on duty before the air conditioning can actually be switched on.
