Meals left some hungry for more
While this property seems to excel at lunches and afternoon teas, it appears that some meals - the full English as well as some dinner options - left a number of diners wanting more. Small portion sizes were an issue here.
negative:
Brusque behavior
Despite many compliments on staff attitude here, those making initial enquiries into using the hotel as a wedding venue reported brusque, abrupt treatment from some members of the property's wedding team.
