The staff members were found to be friendly and kind towards the guests. They helped them with advice of the area, gave them useful information and provided free maps also. They even assisted with carrying luggage.

The common areas of the guesthouse were found to be positive spaces to stay in by guests. They truly enjoyed the two kitchens available for use, as well as the patio and rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The comfortable couches were nice touches.

The rooms were found to be very clean and with a bright atmosphere for guests. They felt the décor was colourful and that the furnishings and amenities were just right. The air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and spacious private bathrooms.

The air conditioning was found to not be working well by guests who stayed here. The air conditioning was difficult to start, some did not work or would not work well. The air conditioning was a disappointment.

Guests complained the noise coming from the street was difficult to reduce and ignore since they were off the road. If they wanted fresh air they had to deal with the noise. Guests did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open.

Guests did not enjoy that the bathrooms were private and not en suite. They felt uncomfortable having to go into the hallway and use the bathroom rather than have them in the rooms. They would have preferred inside the rooms.
