The hotel is starting to look very dated now and a bit shabby in places. It feels like no investment has been made into the property for a substantial amount of time and it needs large scale refurbishments in the nearby future. Whilst the cleaning standards in general have been commended here the carpets are disgusting and even if they cannot replace them yet they could at least give them a deep clean.
The soundproofing here is not adequate and if you have noisy neighbours the sound will travel right through into your guestroom.
There have been reports of maintenance issues experienced whilst staying here, for example leaking toilets and overflowing bins, and these are not always dealt with quickly enough.
