The polite, helpful attitude of the staff gets the
thumbs up from guests, who say that there’s always someone at the front desk to
help out. From speedy check-in services to providing local area information, you
should find that everything is professional and efficient, 24/7.
positive:
Great value for money.
The great value cost of this hotel comes as a nice surprise for most guests, who say that you get a lot for your money, and the budget price will leave you with plenty of spending-money for your excursions and activities in Medellin.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy neighbourhood.
Guests aren’t that keen on the neighbourhood – while central, they say that it’s not in the safest district of the city, and it can be especially rowdy at night, due to the local bars, which stay open until dawn. If you have a street-facing room, early nights will be tricky.
negative:
No bathroom door.
While it seems to be a deliberate design feature, the
lack of any door on the bathroom is not that practical, and guests aren’t that
happy with it. There’s no privacy whatsoever, which may lead to some awkward
situations if you’re sharing the room.
negative:
Unsatisfying breakfast.
The breakfast could do with some improvements – guests aren't impressed by the small portions or lack of variety. There’s no buffet, just simple, continental fare, and while it might be fine for one or two days, if you’re staying longer, you’ll probably get bored by it.
