This hotel boasts an excellent location just three miles from the Piedmont Triad International Airport. The location by itself is not the only thing that makes this hotel so ideal; a complimentary airport shuttle service is also offered to guests needing transport to and from this hotel.

Although there have been complaints about the cutlery, the all-round impression made by the breakfast offered is a good one. A large range of breakfast items are available including eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurts and fruit juices. This breakfast being not just on-site but also complimentary made it ideal for guests at this hotel.

Guests have been very pleased with the sincerity and genuine helpfulness of the staff at this hotel. In many reviews guests would even go as far as to mention staff by name for the excellent service given.

The only reviews that reflect negatively about the service are those directed at the staff performance on busy days. It has been indicated that the staff members are overwhelmed with the amount of guests on busy days. Service is notably slower but this could easily be remedied by having more staff members on the job.

There have been several complaints made about the speed and strength of the Wi-Fi offered at this hotel. Guests, particularly those traveling for business purposes, have not been happy with the internet and don't deem it fit for purposes of browsing the internet, especially for work.
