Poor customer service
There have been complaints about staff members at this hotel being rude. In addition, the property often won't have enough staff on duty, so there can be significant wait times when checking in.

Difficult to get to
Guests have mentioned that although this hotel appears as though it is right along Macleod Trail, you can't actually get to its parking lot from that road. Instead, you have to drive around the block in search of the entrance. This has been confusing for guests who have never been to the property before.

Problems with breakfast
Multiple guests have complained that the breakfast would frequently run out of items at this hotel. Also, the food is served on paper plates with plastic utensils and guests did not like this policy.
