Positive Reviews
positive:
Great balcony and views.
The furnished balconies offer guests a place to wind down with a drink after a long day, and to enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape. What makes it even better is that instead of having to leave ones room to find a private perch, one just has to stake two steps from their room.
positive:
Kids section in-room.
Families arriving at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Panama City Beach Resort will find their children are well catered for in-room. The double bunk beds, and kids entertainment in room provides a great distraction for parents to be able to get some alone time on holiday.
positive:

The onsite amenities provide guests with many various activities to partake in, so they can have a good time. Situated right on the beach, the hotel provides the perfect spot for a seaside escape.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Difficulty draining.
The older building the hotel is housed in comes with its own fair share of problems, one of them being that the baths take forever to drain. They will eventually, but back-to-back baths are out of the question.
negative:
Old smell in the air.
As stated, the building is on the older side, and with that comes another problem. The scent of an older building is not the most pleasant one. As much as the cleaners go out of the way to mask it, the smell lingers on.
negative:
Wristband access.
Upon arrival, guests are administered wristbands, which they have to wear throughout their stay. Unfortunately, if someone is caught without their wristband, security has no way of verifying they are guests without involving front desk staff and a lenghty process.
