The staff at Haddon Hall Hotel is very efficient, prompt and friendly, providing amazing service to the guests. There are no loopholes or delays in providing meals and the hostess is also very pleasant. From the restaurant staff helping with early check-in to housekeeping staff keeping the hotel spotlessly clean, the entire staff is brilliant.
The guests enjoyed the delicious food, which had a wide variety and excellent taste. The food was served hot, was plentiful and guests particularly loved the breakfast spread.
Some guests felt that the water pressure in shower is sometimes low. Not all the spray holes work. The temperamental nature of shower was un-liked by a few but it did not affect the stay.
A few minor issues like small size of bathroom and shower, cash-only bar, worn out floor board, small size of lift ( it can accommodate approx. three guests) etc. were reported by guests.
Many guests felt that the Internet Connectivity should be provided in rooms also. However, the Wi-Fi is available only in reception/lounge area, which can be a bit crowded at times. Guests would love to connect to Internet in the comfort of their rooms only.
