When it came to the front desk personnel, most former guests only had positive things to say about this feature of the hotel. The service delivered by the staff members was often regarded as kind, efficient and helpful overall.

For numerous past visitors, the breakfast was highlighted as one of the best aspects about staying at the accommodation.  As well as the quality and variety being commended for the most part, the fact that the breakfast was inclusive with staying was also appreciated.

Although they were far from the most highly rated overall, the rooms at the hotel were generally appreciated when it came to the amenities they offer. With microwaves, coffeemakers, refrigerators and cable televisions included along with other conveniences, the rooms were often seen as well-equipped.

According to the accounts of some past visitors, the hygiene levels of the accommodation were generally not the best. Whilst the rooms have been considered tidy at times, cleanliness-related concerns such as stained carpets and leftover litter have been mentioned on multiple occasions.

Previous guests have noted that the hotel's rooms were not in the best condition overall. Although they have apparently undergone recent renovations in terms of décor, the furnishings were described at times as displaying noticeable distress.

An issue for a serious amount of former visitors to the accommodation was noise. This was typically attributed to the supposedly limited soundproofing, which was said to be ineffective in blocking out both highway noise and the clamour from adjoining rooms.
