Though the property is well-kept, some guests thought renovations are necessary in the rooms and the bathrooms. The decor is dated, some furniture looks old, and there is sometimes a musty smell in the rooms. Fortunately, some renovations have already begun and will continue throughout 2016.
Housekeeping is not always attentive to detail. Several guests reported their rooms being not well-cleaned and daily items not always refilled. Not every room is well-maintained. Upon check-in, a couple guests also discovered left-over items from previous guests.
