The staff have been described as very friendly, helpful as well as accommodating and willing to provide assistance and make guests feel comfortable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of privacy in a share house layout
Guests warned that the property lacks privacy as the rooms rented are in a house and the common areas and facilities are shared with other guests. The shared lounge is under CTV surveillance which may make some guests uncomfortable. The lounge is also used as a walkway by staff and other guests and the noise of guests entering and leaving the premises throughout the day and night has disturbed those residing in the front rooms.
negative:
Smaller than expected rooms
Different sized rooms are offered and guests complained that both the bedrooms and en suite facilities were smaller than advertised, had limited storage facilities are were overpriced for the space and amenities offered.
negative:
Strict rules and limited use of facilities
Guests reported that there are strict rules such as the rule that guests are not permitted to have friends enter the premises. Use of the facilities are also limited and only guests staying a particular number of nights are permitted to use certain facilities such as the shared kitchen.
