It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to town or it’s a 2 minute drive. No alarm needed with a lazy 12pm checkout to make the most of your time away. You can cook up the perfect meal in the full kitchen or the outdoor BBQ area. And no stay is complete without free wifi, air conditioning/heating and a full stock of great board games. You will have access to 3 car spaces (perfect for a boat or caravan) and there is also plenty of street parking if you need extra.  The Space Relax in the large loungeroom with the complimentary Netflix, or go old school and have some laughs with a great selection of board games. And just soak up the quiet with your favourite book. For the chefs amongst us there’s a full kitchen with Baccarat Cookware and of course a dishwasher. No dishwashing chores here! All bedrooms come stocked with brand new luxury Sheridan towel and 1,200 thread count bedding on queen size mattresses. Ceiling fans will keep you comfortable while you sleep and there are spare pillows, iron/ironing board and even electric blankets for those who like to be extra cosy. Bedroom 1 has a king size electric adjustable bed with pillow top (or 2x king single beds) perfect for those with sensitive backs or reading in bed in total comfort.
 The bathroom has a bath for soaking your troubles away and also a separate shower. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided so you can save all the room in your bags for your local purchases. Families and large group bookings are our speciality. Bedroom 2 is all ready for the little people in your life and the property has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, high chair, swing set, games and even bath toys making traveling with children a breeze.
 A vehicle is optional at this property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Echuca’s main street. There's a bus stop at the end of the street and we have also bikes for hire (more information in 'guest access'). Echuca and Moama is fortunate to have numerous clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses to make meals or nights out stress free.  Guest Access You have private access to the home and secure backyard. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for eg. 1-2 guests = 1 room. 1 king size electric adjustable bed (2 x king single) 3-4 guests = 2 rooms. 1 queen size bed (cot available upon request/charges) 5-6 guests = 3 rooms. 1 queen size bed 7-9 guests = 3 rooms + queen size electric blow up mattress set up in loungeroom + foam single mattress. Base price is for two people (1 room).  $50 per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Long weekends and special events have 3 and 4 nights minimum. Pets Welcome Pets welcome in the large secure backyard, not inside. All evidence of pets being in the backyard need to be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. A kennel, pool shell, toys and water bowl are provided.
 $50 fee is charged per pet. Bike Hire 2 x Men's mountain bike for hire. 2 x Women's mountain bike for hire. Helmets (medium and large sizes) and safety lock chain included in hiring. All bikes come with drink bottle holder, bell, reflectors and adjustable seats. Women's bike have baskets attached to the front. $25 per bike hired for duration of your stay. 
 Host Availability We aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We will provide you with a very personalised and professional service. Depending on your needs we can offer you as much or as little assistance as you require.  We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. You’ll be greeted to a cool air-conditioned or toasty warm home on arrival, we will explain the property and answer any questions you may have. There's also a folder with brochures, tourist guides and discounts if you need any further information. 
 Getting Around Off street car parking for 3 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking. There's many options for getting around, so a car isn't necessary: - Bus stop at the end of the street - Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min). - Bikes available for hire.  - Private hire car number available.  - Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off.

The homes neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home. House Rules - Strictly no parties - Fill out and checkin form - Limit noise from 8pm-8am and respect neighbours - Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges - Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host - Pets not allowed inside. $50 charge per pet paid cash upon arrival.
