About Salisbury Lodges

Salisbury Lodges is a wilderness retreat at the World Heritage Barrington Tops National Park - you walk right in. It is 2.5 hours north of Sydney and 1.5 hours from Newcastle, NSW, Australia. It is a place to relax, enjoy what nature has given us, to breath fresh air, drink fresh water - you can swim in the Williams River or climb a mountain or simply take a relaxing walk, see amazing flora and fauna - enjoy seeing long neck turtles, water dragons and more in the lake while enjoying a glass of wine and having some nibbles. Have breakfast or dinner cooked for you - however it must be pre organised to give the Chef time and the property is 30 minutes from the nearest shop - or Salisbury Lodges have provided electric barbecue to all units even the Lakelodges and Williams Chalet which have kitchens. At the end of the day relax in the spa bath, or take an evening walk and see the amazing stars; around Christmas there are fire flies. This property is owner built and hosted, has been welcoming guests for more than 20 years and still finds it an amazing part of heaven down under.
