We loved our stay in Waterford. Our group of nine had plenty of room. The place was clean and well-stocked. The creek and waterfalls behind the house were fun to explore. We’d stay there again.

Beautiful country home

The streams looking out from the decks were amazing.Such beautiful views.the house was very well equipped with all the necessities. It was unfortunate that our cell phones and wifi was not always working because of the location.

Family vacation

We had a very pleasant stay at ken’s house. Very comfortable and quiet. The little river in the back is refreshing! Nice place to visit the Fundy Bay. Thank you to Ken and his family.

Nice house in the country

We've stayed at numerous properties and this has been the most comfortable at home of any. Fully stocked with all the necessities to pull off a full on Easter Dinner feast away from home.Exceptionally warm welcome from Joan and Ken has excellent communication and feedback.Would stay there again.Great site for a family reunion.

Amazing Home - Even more Amazing warm welcome!

This is the best outfitted VRBO that our group had experienced. We really used everything including the oven, stovetop, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer. There are tons of dishes, cooking utensils, pans, colanders, tinfoil/plastic wrap, and everything else real people use in a real home. We found the place to be clean upon arrival.We found the owner to be very nice and helpful. We found the beautiful and usable streams (2 streams meet just behind the house) in the backyard to be especially fine and memorable. Great for wading, but could go for a full immersion in one of the holes" if you can handle the chilly water. Our kid is older (13yo) and loved exploring and wading. This is a great amenity which allows families an easy

It was a nice and quiet place in the country. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The river in back of the house was beautiful to look at. It was very close the town of Sussex where you can find everything you need. Depending on your cellphone provider you may not get service at the house but only in town. The Wifi was sometimes tough to get working in certain parts of the house. We were there on a very hot week so the house got pretty warm. The owner did have a floor fan, ceiling fans and a few fans for the bedroom windows which helped but a few extra floor fans would of been good on this extremely warm week. On a normal week, I think what the owner had would of probably been enough. The owner was very helpful from the beginning answering all my questions as well as being accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy home.

Bedrooms to hot at night,no air conditioning

Has everything you need,gorgeous property.Perfect location, beautiful surroundings

We booked two weeks at this beautiful house and extended for a further two nights as we couldn't bear to leave! The location is great for touring the Fundy coastline from Saint John to Moncton. 2hr drive to PEI and 4hrs to Halifax. Sussex is a great little town, approx 10mins drive. We even managed to have a great rainy" day with swimming at the local pool and bowling at the bowling alley. The house itself exceeded our expectations with everything we needed at our fingertips. The river at the back of the property is stunning and is a great fishing spot
