Under new ownership and management! The villa hosts 7 bedrooms (three master bedrooms and one with fireplace!), 6 full bathrooms (4 with heated floors!) and a powder room. A huge chefs dream kitchen, large dining room, formal living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, library with computer and desk, pool table, ping pong table, TV room with surround sound, indoor heated pool, heart shaped lake for swimming/fishing, two large deck areas for relaxing/entertaining, fire pit and acres and acres of walking and hiking trails!\n\nFor those horse lovers, we also provide for an additional fee, horseback riding lessons (English saddle) for beginners to advanced riders, plus equine therapy and equestrian clinics! We can also arrange for in house massage for an additional fee! Please book in advance as last minute requests may not work out due to competitions. \n\nWifi is capped at 2g a day.. Fee of $2 per G over allowed amount. There is no unlimited option. No outside noise after 11pm.
