This property is neat, clean and comfortable. It has incredible views of the hills from inside and outside the home and is surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Each bedroom has brand new comfortable beds with cotton linens. There is a full kitchen and all appliances work great. There is new central air that works hard at keeping all extremely comfortable. The floor plan is open and lends itself wonderfully to entertaining with the cooks able to join in the fun with those in the dining, living room and breakfast table.\r\nThere is a BBQ in the back yard with lots of chairs to enjoy the view.\r\nIn addition: The home is located on 10 acres which also contains a pad with electric hook up (20-50 amp) water and sewer for travel trailers that is available for nightly rental. \r\n\r\nThe property has river access. The River is a short, rocky walk from the property. You will want need to wear sneakers to make it easier to navigate. (walk to the river not suitable for handicapped or the elderly)
