Guests say that these apartments are perfectly located. The area is lovely and within easy walking distance of everything that they want in South Beach, such as the beach, shops and restaurants, but as they are not right in the heart of the things it is nice and quiet.

These apartments are a good size and provide all towels and linens you need. The kitchens are well appointed with all the appliances you need to make any meals and snacks. Guests find the apartments comfortable places to stay.

Cleanliness is often very high on the list of priorities for guests as if they find the property is nice and clean when they arrive they can relax and feel comfortable there. These apartments are found to be lovely and clean, fresh and bright.

Staff not on site
There are
no staff on site at these apartments so although staff can be contacted, if you
do need anything they will not be immediately available. Guests who had any
issues and needed staff to attend the property had to ring and wait, which is
inconvenient.

Some guests note that the two-bedroom apartment does not have a television in the second bedroom. While guests do not go on holiday to watch much TV, it would be good if both bedrooms had the same facilities as families or friends may be sharing.
