Nestled on the perimeter of the La Safor mountains, surrounded by orange groves, 15 minutes drive by car to the beautiful Blue flag beaches and the award winning beach of Gandia Platja, 12 minutes to the city of Gandia with its shops, restaurants and cafes \nAn ideal house to relax and explore this area of Spain with easy access to the main AP7 motorway. \nThe town of Palma de Gandia has everything you will need if you dont want to go to the city, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, butchers etc, are all within 8 minutes walk, and excellent local busses to take you further afield. \nTwo community swimming pools/sports complex are within 8 minutes walk as are numerous childrens play areas. \nThe house is cosy and well equipped with 2 large terraces for sunbathing and relaxing, with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.\nTotal maximum guests 8 persons \nPlease note, this property is suitable for FAMILIES and we are sorry but we discourage rentals to groups of only Boys or only Girls. \n\n \nRM July 2017 (message sent via text) \n\\\"you have a beautiful house with everything you need.
