Daibutsu Ryokan (Takaoka, Japan)

Close to Takaoka Daibutsu, one of the three major statues of Buddha in Japan, Daibutsu Ryokan is a Japanese-style inn located in the heart of the historical town of Takaoka City with 400 years of history. As it is only 5 minutes walk from the JR Takaoka Station, it is an ideal location for business and sight seeing. Takaoka Kojo Koen (Park of old castle) and Zuiryu-ji temple (national treasure) can be easily accessed as well.All of our guest rooms are Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats. All rooms are air-conditioned equipped with a Television(cable tv), telephone, tea server, hair drier, safe, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels and yukata(light cotton kimono). Facilities include a coin laundry corner and a parkinglot(free). Bicycles can be rented for free.
