The Blue Parrot Inn is situated in an old townhouse in the centre of Key West's downtown. Thanks to its location many of the attractions of Key West can be reached by walking, including the Ernest Hemingway House which is just 3 blocks away, Jimmy Buffet's club and restaurant Margaritavile, the lighthouse, Mallory Square and more. Beaches and many water sports activities are also available close by. The inn dates back to 1884 and offers 9 guest accommodations, each boasting a unique design. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have fans, private bathroom facilities, TV with cable channels, direct dial phones with free local calls and an outside sitting area. Some rooms also offer a refrigerator and 3 rooms are located in the cottage and have their own access. The accommodations are surrounded by exotic gardens which are also home to a heated pool where guests are welcome to relax. A breakfast with freshly baked pastry is included in the price and served next to the pool. Please note that the hotel is also home to several cats and doesn't accept pets or guests under the age of 16.
