The hotel is conveniently situated in the historic part of Charleston meaning that it is only a short distance away from many of the city's monuments and tourist attractions. Guests were pleased to find plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity as well as the local market. If you like the idea of not having to drive or getting public transport then you certainly won't be disappointed.

All the members of staff were described as helpful and approachable, often going the extra mile in order to assist the guests with their various requests and queries. The front desk staff offered helpful information with regards to the area whilst the waiting staff were said to be attentive and courteous.
