Guests were quite pleased by the service they received at the onsite eateries. The food was very well prepared and the international menu was diverse and catered to a wide variety of palates. The breakfast spread was fantastic and proved to be a huge hit.

The bathrooms have very roomy showers and have excellent water pressure. Rooms are quite spacious and the beds are large and comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive as the housekeeping team does a thorough job.

There is a weak Wi-Fi connection in the rooms
The wireless internet connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests could barely connect to the network while others browsed at such slow speeds that it was barely usable unless you were a very light user.

The vents in some bathrooms were not working properly. A few guests had to put up with bad odours that were at times evident not only in the bathrooms but also in some of the rooms.

Limited parking available at the hotel
A number of guests have raised their concerns regarding the limited parking spaces available at the hotel's parking lot. When the hotel is busy and room occupancy is high, parking spaces quickly run out and guests are left seeking alternative parking elsewhere.
